This is our darkest roast! We end the roast when 2nd crack is complete, and within moments this coffee becomes oily and smells of charcoal-like richness. For those who are fans of a French Roast, this coffee is similar.

We believe there is room in the third wave space for a darker roast, and we want to make sure we have you covered for when your dark roast coffee cravings hit!
