About Bloc
ANYTHING BUT CHOCOLATE
Bloc is the exciting end result of a chocolate maker and coffee roaster playing with his food.
It's made like chocolate, looks like chocolate, but it's not chocolate at all.
SO WHAT IS IT?
Our original recipe is simply roasted Maps Coffee beans, cocoa butter, and turbinado.
We make it the same way we make our chocolate, refined in house, hand poured and hand wrapped.
We're proud of this surprising and indulgent creation!
